QA co-ordinates internal cross functional audits, KPI data on key measurements, management business reviews are conducted and documented, customer audits are conducted in a professional manner, regulatory agency audits are handled per company and customer procedures. Responses are completed in a timely manner and any corrective actions are implemented.
Impact Fulfillment Services will apply suitable methods for monitoring and where applicable, measurement of the quality management system processes. These methods will be designed to demonstrate the ability of the processes to achieve planned results. Impact will review all requirements related to a product prior to any commitments to supply a product to the customer and will ensure that product requirements are determined and clearly defined and Impact has the capability to effectively meet the defined requirements.
Impact Fulfillment will conduct our product manipulation processes under controlled conditions, including, as applicable, the availability of approved work instructions and the use of suitable production, monitoring and measuring equipment as needed and required. Impact’s QA team will provide the resources and data needed to effectively operate and monitor production and the necessary techniques and equipment to monitor, measure, and analyze our processes.
The focus on providing quality continues after the production process as product is not released for distribution until our Quality release process is complete and ensures the all customer requirements have been achieved and all local, state and federal regulations are adhered to when applicable. At Impact computer software is used to monitor and measure specified requirements. Once Quality communicates the release to distribution, a final three phase audit takes place to assure your item is shipped to the appropriate client.
Our Impact Team will assure that your item achieves the primary objective of stimulating customer’s impulse to purchase. Customer satisfaction is one of the key measurements of the performance of the quality management system. Impact Fulfillment Services will monitor information relating to customer perception and satisfaction as to whether the organization has met customer requirements.
