With over 20 years of logistics experience, Todd founded Impact Fulfillment Services in 1998 as a full-service "product to shelf" producer of retail display, promotional and point of purchase materials. Behind his leadership, IFS has experienced remarkable growth and its client base includes some of the most well-known national brands and companies in America, which partner with IFS to generate greater awareness and impact for their marketing initiatives.

The strength evident in the company’s momentum reflects Todd’s strong personal emphasis on developing a great team. He has built IFS based on his vision of an extended family, and takes special pride in promoting from within that IFS family.

"Simply put, our people are our greatest assets," Todd says. "Every one of us measures our success by the Impact we create for our customers, and I know for a fact that each person at IFS takes that responsibility as a personal opportunity to help us shine as a company."

Born in Canada, Dave immigrated to the United States in 1980 and found a warmer climate in Burlington, North Carolina, where he continued his career in finance and accounting. Joining a solutions provider to the global vehicle industry as Vice President of Finance, Dave added more multi-national experience before being hired in 1981 as the new CFO for a rising company in the media duplication industry.

Dave later became President of that company, where he first met and hired Todd Porterfield right out of college. As Impact’s CFO, Dave works closely with Todd in managing IFS, a significant logistics and fulfillment company capable of efficiently servicing both the largest global companies and the most targeted promotional needs.

"I originally hired Todd as an intern and was hugely impressed with his keen sense for business, as he rose quickly to become a Vice President of Operations. When Todd approached me about helping him in his new company, I knew it would be a great match ... and almost a decade later, our world-class status as a provider to some of the strongest consumer brands ever is a real testament to Todd's original vision."

A native of Chicago, Mike has over 30 years of experience in both Logistics and Manufacturing in the fragrance and personal care Industries. In his positions, he has serviced a wide variety of channels including Prestige, Retail, Wholesale and Duty Free markets, and has directed operations and global distribution efforts at each of his previous companies.

As Vice President of Logistics for the last 3 years with Impact Fulfillment Services, Mike has helped design and implement a multi-million state-of-the-art customer order process work center that uses high speed equipment and processes geared to ship at rates exceeding 50,000 packages per shift.

"Technical infusion is the lifeblood of any retail-driven business. At Impact, our goal is to create a culture that exploits technology for the purpose of providing flexible process systems while maintaining certainty of execution for every one of our clients’ projects."

Andy recently relocated from the Greater Philadelphia area to join the management team of Impact Fulfillment Services, where he brings a strong Quality background in the life science industry to the organization. The focus of his career has been in medical device, OTC and Rx operations and quality management disciplines. During his career he has successfully managed quality control/assurance departments, laboratory operations along with regulatory affair organizations both domestically and globally. He has also managed domestic and global manufacturing/supply chain organizations within these regulated industries.

During Andy’s career he has also worked closely with various governments regulatory agencies (I.e. FDA, EPA) as it pertains to maintaining compliance, regulatory review, and training and CAPA implementation. He posses various “belts” in the six-sigma process improvement field and in certified by the Total Quality Institute to train and implement various process improvement philosophies within regulated industries.

Jayne is a perfect example of Todd’s focus on promoting from within, having started her IFS career in customer support. Based on her extensive experience, Jayne was quickly promoted to the position of Account Executive, where she works with the top IFS customers every day. Jayne’s experience includes over 25 years in the areas of Retail Management, Retail Sales and Manufacturing Sales areas, along with Regional Sales Management and Recruiting.

"I have tremendous respect for Todd and what he has been able to accomplish at Impact. I have watched this company grow from just a few employees to what we have today and it is warming to know that we are still able to maintain our strong family atmosphere. Bill began his career with Impact Fulfillment Services in March of 2004 after 19 years with a design and manufacturing company for automobiles, medium and heavy trucks, and off-highway vehicles. During his tenure there, Bill had first-hand experience and responsibility in the areas of Production & Program Management, Engineering & Quality Management, and Scheduling in a QS9001 work environment. His perspective has been invaluable in managing a smooth operations flow for all IFS activities.

"My personal philosophy has always been to strive for total customer satisfaction, and that means both inside and outside the company. All of us work hard to deliver that satisfaction to our team members every day, because we know that our associates are the greatest asset IFS has. More importantly, when we do that, we also create the best success for our customers."

For over ten years, Maggie, has dedicated herself to assisting in the growth of Impact as a company and as a team. Originally from New Jersey, Maggie set her sights on the south, in search of warmer weather. Prior to joining the IFS team, Maggie worked in the cosmetics manufacturing industry. Her experience includes account management, Process Control, EDI and Data systems Implementation and administration.

Impact was the perfect match for Maggie, in 2001, when she was offered the opportunity to join Todd, in further developing the company. She put prior experience and knowledge to work, helping direct and implement the processes and systems that have been integral in allowing IFS to operate as an exceptional service provider for its customers.

"Working at Impact has been a wonderful experience. The family atmosphere and aspiration for excellence, under Todd's guidance, has been crucial in every facet of this company. I believe in saying what you mean and meaning what you say, that is Todd's mantra and has been upheld during my 10 years of growth with Impact. Everyday Impact is growing and evolving, and I am eager to see where we are headed, together, as team."

With over 38 years of accounting experience, Ruby is an Impact team member with incredible expertise and perspective, both in her financial field and in the logistics and fulfillment industries. Her longevity and knowledge are unsurpassed, and in many ways she is at the core of the Impact team, an interconnected cross-functional group that has grown exponentially not just in numbers but in sophistication and capability. Ruby has seen it all and has loved every minute.

"On November 16, 1999, I made one of the best career decisions of my life. I joined a start-up business with a team of 5 employees. At that time, my job was simple … manage the payroll function and other general needs of the business. Just eight years later, we’ve grown into a 70-employee organization under Todd’s leadership, and we’re getting stronger every day. I really look forward to the continued expansion of Impact Fulfillment Services, Inc., a growing company that feels like a big family with an even bigger heart."
