We specialize in a wide variety of assembly functions, including heat shrinking,
shrink banding, blister sealing, RF sealing, display sub-assembly, combination of
product and re-labeling of product. We also work closely with our client partners
to design and develop new capabilities they may need.
Where are you located?
Impact Fulfillment Services is located in Alamance County, North Carolina, at the
heart of the I-85/I-95 shipping corridor. From our headquarters complex, IFS ships
throughout the nation.
How many shifts do you operate?
Impact Fulfillment Services typically operates two shifts per day, but we are also
able to offer additional capacity in special situations as necessary, either at our
primary location or at another location desired by our client partners.

How do you control inventory?
We control inventory with item-specific License Plate Numbers and bar coding
tracking throughout our process and facilities. All transactions are tracked
through our Progress inventory system for 100% accuracy.
Do you offer EDI capability?
We provide complete EDI solutions for our client partners, supporting all
necessary EDI services and managing all Vendor Compliance requirements. Our
EDI solution works in conjunction with our order processing so that all order
and customer information remains integrated at all times.
Will my project have a dedicated support person?
We assign a dedicated Project Coordinator to every project that IFS accepts,
